An attractive alternative for holding recyclables I was looking for something attractive to put in my kitchen to separate clean recyclables such as paper and plastic. I didn't want "industrial" containers in my kitchen and and for a single person who doesn't create a lot of volume, this alternative is attractive and functional. I replaced the canvas with same size baskets that I waterproofed. The unit was easy to assemble and is very attractive in my kitchen. Beautiful item at a great price This bench is beautiful and easy to assemble. I put it together in approximately 30 minutes. My only (minor) complaint is that it has a slight shake if you wiggle side-to-side while sitting on it. However, the bench is very solid. I'm ordering a second one for my boys' bedroom.
